When I retrieve of comforting food, braised meat is one of the first things that comes to mind. And these Instant Pot Beef Curt Ribs have chop-chop become one of my favorites! I love my Deadening-Cooker Short Ribs but there's just something special nearly the Instant Pot!
These ribs have all of the flavor of meat that has been braised for hours, but they are ready in a fraction of the time thanks to the instant pot. This recipe is short and sweet and results in perfectly cooked ribs every time!
It too includes a 5-ingredient cauliflower mash to serve alongside the short ribs!
Ingredients Needed

Beef Short Ribs

- Seasonings: we're seasoning the cauli-mash with a simple blend of table salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Butter or Olive Oil: adds moisture to the mash.
How to Make Instant Pot Beefiness Brusk Ribs
These instant pot curt ribs have just fifteen minutes to prep!
- Sear the beef: Season the short ribs with salt and pepper, so estrus your instant pot on SAUTE. Add in oil, then sear the beef on each side until a crust forms. Remove from the instant pot.
- Sauté the aromatics: Add the shallots, garlic, carrots, and rosemary to the instant pot. Cook until softened.

For Beef Curt Ribs:
- three pounds boneless beef brusk ribs
- ii teaspoon fine sea common salt
- i teaspoon footing black pepper
- 2 tablespoon avocado oil
- three shallots, sliced
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- ii large carrots, diced
- 2 sprig of rosemary
- one loving cup of red wine (run across note) or sub for extra beef broth

- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon coconut sugar (Omit for Keto or Whole30)
- ii teaspoons arrowroot (optional)
For Cauli-mash:
- ii medium heads of cauliflower, cutting into florets and stem removed
- 1–i/2 teaspoon common salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter or olive oil
Instructions
For Beefiness Curt Ribs:
- Season the short ribs generously with common salt and pepper.

Admittedly succulent! And it is even better the adjacent day. Perfect with the cauliflower mash, I did add a one-half tablespoon more of coconut sugar. Great recipe.
